Bespoke Carpentry Process

One of our designers will visit you, take a brief, show you examples from our brochure, discuss alternatives, take measurements and send a free estimate.

When the estimate is agreed, we produce detailed drawings which can be amended if necessary following discussion.

Once the drawings are signed off we require a 50% fee towards materials, make a date for fitting by our skilled craftsmen and begin making your made-to-measure units.

On the day of fitting we typically arrive between 9am and 10am and lay protective sheets or, for a small premium, self-adhesive film. After the job is completed we clean up thoroughly. If a paint finish is required, the painter typically arrives the following day.

On completion we expect to receive the balance of payment within a week
